Lot Splits-

    Beginning in September 2001, all proposals to split property to create new tracts of land are required to have a preliminary approval of the road frontage to be dedicated by a survey of the new split.  A determination of "usable road frontage" by an on-site inspection must be obtained before ownership of a new property can be transferred.  Usable Road Frontage means that there is at least one location along the dedicated road frontage where it would be feasible to construct a driveway that would fulfill the requirements as established by the Driveway Policy.
